WARNING: TO PREVENT FIRE, BURN CANDLES WITHIN SIGHT. NEVER ON OR NEAR ANYTHING THAT CAN CATCH FIRE. OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN AND PETS, INCLUDING BIRDS.
Place the jar on a heat-resistant surface.
To reduce the possibility of smoking or suiting, keep the wick trimmed to 1/8".
Do not let matches, wick trimming, or debris accumulate in the jar; this could be a fire hazard.
Burn the candle approx 3 to 4 hours until the surface is liquid.
Ensure the wick is always centered, and the flame never touches the glass.
If the flame smokes, then extinguish and shorten the wick.
Extinguish by placing the metal lid over the jar to minimize smoking.
After the wax hardens, wipe the inside of the jar with a paper towel to clean off the residue.
Burn until 3/4" of wax remains and discard as glass may shatter.
If misused, the glass may crack or shatter.
